See All ReviewsMy daughter granddaughter and I went there for Mother’s Day breakfast and my granddaughter who wasn’t feeling well didn’t eat anything. My daughter went to pay and came back with a to go box as she was getting ready to put her food to take with her the owner came to the booth and made a scene about paying for the buffet and asked if she was charged for it. The owner of this establishment has the RUDEST, HEARTLESS AND NON COMPASSIONATE WAY OF doing things. She embarrassed my daughter granddaughter and I and made my daughter and Granddaughter cry out OF embarrassment as the whole restaurant was staring at us. The gentleman who was sitting behind paid for the extra container so that my daughter and granddaughter could take it with them. This was my first and last time I will ever eat there, The gen mgr came out as we were leaving and was talking to us and apologized for her behavior. I myself think the host/owner needs some more customer service training. The owner needs a HUGE ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENT AND MORE TRAINING ON HOW TO B MORE COMPASSIONATE . Honestly if I could just give this owner no stars I would. SHE WAS THE WORST HOST I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED AND WHEN I MYSELF WANTED TO SPEAK TO HER SHE HAD DISAPPEARED SO THAT I COULD NOT let her know how she made my daughter and granddaughter cry. Please beware of this owner and beware if you wanna eat and take some with you, there. Is no. Our server was definitely very professional and completely understanding about the whole situation.
My server was very nice and attentive. Table, booth cushions, we're clean. Pasta Salads and Fried Chicken were very good. Didn't care for the Green Beans, Eggs (pretty sure they were powdered) Salad Bar was minimal at best.
Had a great experience at Shoney’s in Lebanon, Tennessee. The breakfast bar was fully stocked with plenty of fresh options, and everything was hot and ready to enjoy. The service was excellent as well — friendly, attentive, and welcoming from start to finish. It’s always nice to find a place that serves good food with great hospitality. I’ll definitely be back!
